AetherX Inc. is not responsible for any delayed or lost shipments. Delayed or lost shipments must be resolved through the mail carrier responsible for delivering your package. Provide the mail carrier with your full name, address and tracking number and all matters must be resolved with them regarding any concerns regarding shipping.
